These Billing Terms apply to paid subscriptions for KindaBroke.
If there is a conflict between these billing terms and a mandatory legal requirement, the mandatory requirement controls to the extent required by law.
Plans
KindaBroke currently offers a free tier and paid subscription options.
Free Tier Limits
The free tier currently includes the following limits:
- Max 10 expenses
- Current month/year only
- No past/future views
Pricing
The currently published subscription prices below are in U.S. dollars. Prices and available billing currencies may vary by location and checkout availability:
- Monthly: $4.99/month
- Annual: $49/year
Auto Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
Payment Processing
Stripe processes subscription payments and billing information. KindaBroke does not store full payment card numbers.
The currency selected for displaying and organizing a budget is a user preference and may differ from Stripe's billing currency. KindaBroke does not provide currency exchange or automatically supply exchange rates.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, renewal may not complete and paid access may be limited, suspended, or not renewed until the payment issue is resolved.
Cancellation
You may cancel anytime, and access continues through the current billing period.
If you permanently delete your KindaBroke account, an active subscription is canceled as part of that deletion process where applicable, and access ends with the deleted account.
Refunds
Cancellation or account deletion does not automatically create a refund. Refunds may be issued at our discretion or as required by applicable law.
Pricing Changes
We may change pricing or plan limits in the future. If we do, we may provide notice before changes take effect for future billing periods.
Taxes
Prices and taxes may vary by billing location. Applicable taxes, duties, or similar governmental charges may be collected when required. Displayed prices may not include every applicable tax before checkout.
Nothing in these Billing Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
