KindaBroke is a budgeting tool only. It is not a secure storage platform.
This policy explains what kinds of use are allowed and what kinds of conduct or content are prohibited.
Purpose
This policy is intended to protect users, KindaBroke, and the providers that help operate the service.
Allowed Use
You may use KindaBroke for your own lawful budgeting, expense tracking, and financial organization activities.
Prohibited Use
You may not do any of the following:
- perform illegal activity
- scrape or automate access
- reverse engineer
- impersonate others
- provide false data
- share or resell accounts
- access data that is not yours
- interfere with the service
Prohibited Data
KindaBroke is not designed to hold unrelated sensitive personal information or act as a document vault.
- store SSNs
- store passwords
- store financial login credentials
- store bank credentials
- store full card numbers
- store medical data
- store government IDs
- use the app as a document vault
- upload unrelated sensitive personal data
Security Rules
You may not test or bypass the service in ways that create security risk or disrupt others.

- upload malicious code
Enforcement
Accounts may be terminated with or without notice, at the company's sole discretion.
Enforcement may include suspension, account termination, investigation, preservation of relevant records, or cooperation with legal process where appropriate.
