User Deletion

You can permanently delete your account through Profile → Danger Zone by entering your current password and typing DELETE exactly.

Deletion is permanent. It removes your KindaBroke application data and authentication identity and ends access to the account.

Where applicable, an active subscription is canceled during deletion. No automatic refund is promised solely because the account is deleted.

Company Termination

Accounts may be terminated with or without notice, at the company's sole discretion.

Reasons

Reasons for termination may include the following:

• misuse
• abuse
• violations
• unlawful activity
• security risk

Misuse Examples

Examples of conduct that may lead to suspension or termination include:

• using the service for unlawful activity
• attempting to access data that is not yours
• uploading malicious code
• probing vulnerabilities or bypassing authentication
• using the app as a place to store restricted sensitive data
• sharing or reselling accounts

Data Handling After Termination

Account deletion removes the KindaBroke authentication identity and application data. Minimal internal records may be retained only for the minimum period reasonably necessary for security, compliance, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal purposes.

Stripe or another payment processor may retain payment, transaction, fraud-prevention, accounting, tax, or legal records under its own obligations and policies.

Refunds

Refunds after termination may be prorated at our discretion or as required by law.

We do not promise an appeal process for suspensions or terminations.
